Hey everyone, I'm a Sales Advisor at Napleton's Auto Park of Urbana, originally from Egypt. I've been helping people find their perfect vehicle for about two years now, and honestly, I love it. My goal is to make the car-buying process easy and fun, and I get a real kick out of helping folks achieve their dreams. I'm a graduate of Beirut Arab University, and I'm fluent in both Arabic and English. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, I'm passionate about soccer, and I'm always up for a good laugh. I'm a team player and I love connecting with people. I enjoy hearing their stories, and I find it rewarding to help them in any way I can. Whether it's finding the right vehicle or just making their day a little brighter. When I'm not helping customers, I'm probably catching up on some shows, playing online games, or watching anime. I've lived in Egypt, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, and I love exploring new places and experiences.

Bad. Hamed was dishonest about the value of the car i traded in and what it would be sold for. the Soul i bought was overpriced for the condition it was in. Hamed gave me inaccurate information about the Kia theft issue. When I voiced concern that the vehicle only had one key fob (my trade had two), he should have offered to provide a 2nd key, or to reduce the price to compensate. But he did neither. Overall a bad experience.

Hamed was amazing. He walked my wife and myself through every step of the way. If we had question and he didn’t know the answer he went and found out the answer. Never once did he come back us without an answer. Again 10 out of 10. We will refer everyone in are family to him.
