Kyle was fine but our appointment was at 2:00 and they didn’t even take Otis car till 4:30. The oil change before that took five hrs. So I’m overall not impressed!

I don’t like giving service workers a low rating because I do know they work hard much of the time, but I was let down by the level of service I received compared to other visits. I never received a phone call or text telling me my car was ready to be picked up. I had to call myself two hours after I hoped to get it back. I did try calling twice when I was told my car would be ready but nobody was answering the phones. When I got there after work to pick up my car, I stood in front of Kyle and another service person who were talking and printing stuff and they never even acknowledged me. They had to have noticed me because I was standing right there very awkwardly maybe 10 feet away. Two other people came in and we all just stood there waiting. I didn’t receive help until another woman came out and I asked her to help me. I would have been happy just being acknowledged and told they would be with me in just a moment. It was overall not the type of service I’m used to there. Jamal on the other hand—he’s the best! Maybe he just set the bar really high in terms of friendly and helpful service.

Wonderful service! Quick, thorough and reliable. The video inspections are a nice touch. It is interesting to see what the technicians see when they inspect your car. Gone are the days of being show a reused air filter that happen to have the same leaves in it as the oil change 3 months ago!
