I paid cash for my car on 6/11/25. It broke down on 6/17/25 and take to Napleton. Today is 7/11/25. still don't have the car. Our 2-month/2000 miles warrantee is about to expire. I called and emailed several times. No one responds to me. We even went in person on 6/20/25 and 6/30/25. Still nothing. The integrity of the service department is in question. Will it be fixed correctly? The error codes from the OBD can be reset by the dealer. are you going to trick me and not fix them? Words spread fast. Honest is the best advertise. Word of mouth is free. We need our car to be fixed correctly and honestly. Can Napleton deliver this promise and earn a good reputation around town? I don't like to leave bad review. But if my review could help another person avoid headache. Then, that is the right thing to do.
