Hello and welcome! As Service Advisor, I enjoy helping customers keep their cars in tip top shape. Whether you’re coming in for routine repairs or something more complex, I’m here to walk you through the process and answer all of your questions. My goal is always to provide honest service and great customer support. Originally from Chicago, I graduated from Gage Park High School and root hard for the Chicago Fire Soccer Club. I give back through One Tail at a Time, a dog rescue organization dedicated to giving dogs second chances and loving homes. My dog, Sabrina, brings me so much joy and is the perfect companion. When I’m not working, I like hiking, fishing and playing soccer.

Since my repair was somewhat unusual, Nick invited the mechanic, Ken, to explain the details of the repair. Ken was very knowledgeable and helpful. Nick always makes sure I know what is found with my suv. He gets me prices on repairs and sends me videos. They wait for approval before doing any repairs. Plus, I get coupons for percentages off work done.
