Given this was my second time coming to him in four months for a car I was impressed with how much of what I was looking for. He went the extra mile to help me find the car I needed and get it to me within the time frame that I had. He yet again was very patient answering all of my questions that I am sure he has already answered at least twice. My friend was also impressed and thinking of coming to him when she decides on a car.
